Consumer healthcare testing company 4-Front Research has just announced that it has acquired rival testing company, Skin Research Centre (UK) Ltd.

 

4-Front's Managing Director, Jon Holt, commented that “this acquisition is a clear demonstration of 4-Front's commitment to Dermatological testing and will help to consolidate a rather fragmented market place”.

 

This latest news follows 4-Front's landmark purchase of Hill Top Research's European Operations in 2004 and further strengthens 4-Front's position as the UK's leading consumer healthcare testing company.

 

Founder of Skin Research Centre (UK) Ltd., Margaret Batt, will join 4-Front's Scientific Advisory Group and will continue to operate as an independent consultant to the cosmetic industry.
